Get help with your account, subscriptions, or the app.

Account and data
Sign in and open Settings to export your data or request account deletion. Deletion has a 24-hour cancellation window before the purge is queued. If you cannot sign in, email us for help.

In the iOS app, open Billing to restore purchases. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your Dualist account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
